Ademetionine

Synonyms: Heptral.

Pharmacological effect. Has hepatoprotective activity.


Indications for use. Intrahepatic cholestasis in pretsirroticheskih and cirrhotic states. Dosage and administration. Intensive Care: 5-10 ml (0,4-0,8 g) per day IM or IV within the first two or three weeks of treatment. Supportive therapy: 2-4 tablets per day.
