"Angel"

Diet Angel aims to alter your metabolism. On this diet you can lose up to 7 kg. True, it was quite hungry, and to sustain it for two weeks, we must have patience of job. Drinks in addition to the above - only water (plain or mineral). Carrots can be replaced with a tomato and vice versa.


During the diet must do exercises and massage. After you try a diet in moderation.

1 day

Breakfast: Black coffee without sugar.

Lunch: 2 eggs, 1 tomato and green salad.

Dinner: a big steak, fried under pressure in a small amount of vegetable oil.

Day 2

Breakfast: Black coffee without sugar toast.

Lunch: a big steak, grilled in a press with a green salad and tomato.

Dinner: a portion of a soup.

Day 3

Breakfast: Black coffee without sugar toast.

Lunch: a big steak, grilled in a press with a green salad.

Dinner: 2 eggs with two slices of lean ham.

Day 4

Breakfast: Black coffee without sugar toast.

Lunch: 1 egg, 1 carrot, cheese.

Dinner: fruit salad, a cup of yogurt.

Day 5

Breakfast: shredded carrots with lemon.

Lunch: piece of fish, fried under pressure, and tomato.

Dinner: a big steak, fried under pressure, with a green salad.

Day 6

Breakfast: Black coffee without sugar toast.

Lunch: piece of chicken, fried without fat, green salad.

Dinner: a big steak, green salad.

Day 7

Breakfast: tea without sugar.

Lunch: beef or other meat on a skewer, green salad.

Dinner: any meals, only in moderation.


The second repeats the first week.
