Pineapple diet

Pineapple diet is designed for 5 days and help get rid of a few kilograms. Pineapple - a unique piece of fruit: 100 grams of its juicy pulp contains only 56 calories, as it includes the enzyme bromelain, greatly accelerating the digestion of proteins, it enhances the action of gastric juice. It applies only to fresh pineapples. Canned pose no dietary value, since the heat treatment a valuable enzyme is destroyed. 


During the diet it is desirable to drink during the day at least two liters of mineral water, herbal or fruit teas, as well as to a regime of four meals: two breakfasts, lunch and dinner. Within 5 days of the first and second identical breakfasts and lunches and dinners for every day of their own.First breakfast: Using a blender or mixer cook mashed 100 g of fresh peeled pineapple, mix it with 100 g low-fat yogurt and 2 teaspoons of oatmeal.

Lunch: rice with curried.

Day 2

Lunch: chicken with pineapple.

Day 4
