American diet

American diet - one of the most fashionable in Europe today, ideal for those who can refuse dinners. Diet does not prevent either sweet or starchy foods, no alcohol, does not compel count calories. It is possible to sit for a long time.


Recommendations:

purposeful selection of suitable products;

an adequate supply of body fluid;

conscious rejection of the "hard" fats;

providing the body with vitamins and other vital micronutrients in adequate quantities and physiology.

The four rules that need to continuously implement:

Nothing, except the liquid after 17 hours.

Fluid should be a lot, not only in the evening, but during the day, as it cleanses the body of toxins and speedy withdrawal of toxins.
